I am so saddended to hear of the passing of Dr. Batmanis. She was my pediatrician from when I was a toddler, until I was too old to be her patient! We have several funny stories, that are still told around the dinner table, about our encounters with her and how bad we hated "the shots". Dr. Batmanis ALWAYS won out. I have never known another person quite like her, she certainly was a force that always made me want to be all I could be. I will love her always.

Janice May McDonald, Tomball, TX

Growing up in the old East End and throwing the old Houston Press newspaper, I remember many fun conversations I had with Michael. Later in my professional life, I had the pleasure of meeting Strato when he worked at TxDot. To Michael and Family, please accept my sincere condolences. The Batmanis Family is truly an exceptional group of folks!

John Spencer, Houston, Texas

A lovely person and a special physician. I drove many inconvenient miles to take my two daughters to see her. She treated one from infancy and the other from birth. We were all disappointed when they reached college age and needed to move on. Carolyn Stevens
