You have my love prayers and sympathy. How blessed you were to have Dick in your life so many years. Move to his side of the bed, sit in his chair in front of TV and in his place at dining room table so you won't be looking at his empty spot. When you see the stars just think he left the porch lights on so you can find him one day.

Beverly, Green, Texas

Dick was born in Houston, reared in Eagle Lake, graduated from TMI, Rice Institute, UT Law School and U of H, Captain, US Army, served in Orleans, France, docent emeritus at Rienzi Collection MFAH. Dick was unabashedly committed to honesty, ethics and all things French. He was preceded in death by his parents Janie Westmoreland and Joe Luna. He is survived by his wife Sally Neilon and son Richard Neilon Luna. The family thanks all of his care givers most especially, the, elegant and tenacious nurses of MDACC 19W from December 12 – 15, 2016. A Memorial Mass celebrating Dick’s life will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church, 2140 Westheimer Road in Houston at two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, with a reception to follow.
