I very much regret this huge loss and feeling the pain his family are going through, I want to share the hope that very soon "will be a resurrection from God", as the Bible tells us in Acts 24:15. Courage and strength to all your family at this painful time. www.JW.org

To the Family: Please accept my sincere condolences and find comfort in our Heavenly Father, who offers the hope of the Resurrection.

Michelle A., San Francisco, CA

I would like to take this time to express my condolences to the entire family. Our hearts are always sadden when we hear about the passing of anyone. Yes we understand that the days ahead will be difficult. This is a time period in your life where much comfort and encouragement will be needed. I sure that the many family members and friends will be there with strong support. We must also remember that God will be there for you also. He truly knows how you feel. He really loves you greatly. So just look at the comfort that he willingly provides for you. He knows that death has been a enemy to the human family for a long period of time. ( 1 Corinthians 15:26) So God has gone on record in stating that soon all sickness and death would be removed from the earth. (Revelation 21:3-4) His loving comfort continues when He next says, that even if we should lose a love one in death, that person can have his life restored back to him. (John 5:28-29) For many, the restoring of life back to a person is something that they cannot believe in. But God is the source of all life. So the restoring of it to a person is not something that He can not do. Did you know that there are eight accounts in the bible that speaks about this wonderful blessing from God. They are preserved in the bible as a future preview of the grand blessings to come. Here is one such example. It is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. Perhaps in the days to come, you may get a chance to consider the account. When doing so, why not think about how the verses would first apply to Christopher, as God uses His powers to restore him back to life. Then think about how the verses would next apply to all the family members and friends, as they become eye witnesses to this wonderful blessing from God. Can you imagine billions of people being rescued by God from the grave? Here is an arrangement that Christopher would welcome to take place. No doubt you would feel the same way. So we understand that today you will shed many tears. But in the future those tears of sadness will turn into tears of joy. Yes the resurrection back to life for many like Christopher will take place. God has gone on record in giving us His personal promise. So remember, that God does not lie.(Titus 1:2)
